For non-British nationals holding an ILR stamp in their passports (Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK) and those who hold UK certificate of entitlement to the right of abode and who have not been absent from the UK for more than 2 years may also enter Gibraltar without a visa.
Nationals or citizens of Morocco, the People's Republic of China, Mongolia, India or Russia who are holders of multiple entry Schengen visas with a minimum remaining validity of 7 days on the date of departure from Gibraltar may enter Gibraltar for a maximum period of 21 days.
Nationals of Australia, Canada and USA do not need a visa for stays in Gibraltar of up to three months.
Please note the above is a guideline only and you should contact the Gibraltar Tourist Office in the UK on 0044+ 20 7836 0777 or email [email protected] if in any doubt about the validity of your visa as criteria can change without notice and we cannot provide you with up-to-date, accurate visa or passport information.
