The Contract:
By entering into this Agreement, you have agreed for Bride Gibraltar to act in the capacity of online wedding planner on your behalf. We offer an online service and are also available for telephone consultations. We are UK based, ATOL bonded, members of IATA and have been arranging destination weddings in Gibraltar since 2005 and holidays in Gibraltar since 1994. Local representation in Gibraltar, if required, is available upon request and is chargeable.
Bride Gibraltar will make all wedding arrangements on your behalf as per your specific instructions including but not limited to booking flights, hotels, local transfers, airport parking, airport lounge, overnight airport hotel, arrangement of all legalities & paperwork, pre-wedding meetings, provision of witnesses, flowers, photography, beauty services, entertainment, wedding cake, wedding car, wedding invitation design and print, venue hire, venue décor, wedding favours, catering and drinks receptions, wedding insurance, excursions, wedding guest packages and honeymoons.
Wedding dates and times are subject to availability with the Gibraltar Registry Office. Ceremony and reception venues are subject to availability of the venue provider concerned. Early booking is recommended due to the limited number of such dates and venues in Gibraltar.
The date and time of your ceremony and/or reception; hotel; flights and all wedding services booked will be on a confirmed basis prior to your arrival in Gibraltar. You will receive a final wedding schedule detailing all that is booked for you including contact details of all relevant suppliers. Any changes to any of the above will only be made if deemed absolutely necessary, unavoidable and at the discretion of the Registrar/Minister in charge or by the Gibraltar Registry Office, venue providers, other third parties involved or unavoidable circumstances due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergency rennovation works, illness, force majeure or Act of God.
Such changes will be notified to you as far in advance as possible with alternative options in place. Any additional costs that arise as a result of any changes out of our control will be borne by you. If any changes are made by Bride Gibraltar directly and not by the suppliers, the cost of such will be borne by us.
You may not enter into any direct negotiations or contract with any of Bride Gibraltar’s suppliers or vendor providers for services included in your wedding package. Should this occur, we shall consider this to be a breach of contract and the contract may be immediately considered null and void; all suppliers will be notified of the cancellation and all payments made towards securing wedding services as made by Bride Gibraltar will be forfeited. You will also be liable to settle all outstanding charges due to Bride Gibraltar.
You agree to make all payments due to Bride Gibraltar as per the below agreed timelines. Missed payments may result in a service/s being cancelled.
Contracts (save those between the airline and the passenger) are between the client and Bride Gibraltar. Should your flight be delayed, disrupted or cancelled completely, the airline will offer you alternatives directly. We shall do our best to rearrange accommodation and other components of your package accordingly and any extra costs incurred as a result of this will be borne by you. Travel and wedding insurance is highly recommended for such eventualities.
In preparing wedding schedules and services we have relied upon information given to us by our suppliers. Whilst we believe any representations to be true we cannot accept liability for any false representation or breach of implied warranties of any kind as to the facilities on offer and we shall not accept liability for any loss arising from any cause save to the extent that we have been in breach of these terms and conditions. Bride Gibraltar are not held liable for any loss or damage of equipment. Bride Gibraltar do not include any insurance for any wedding, entertainment or activities which are confirmed through us. Clients are liable to ensure that they have made sufficient insurance arrangements and take part in activities and events at their own risk.

Any failure to provide the originals of all documents in the manner prescribed may result in no marriage taking place and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred to rebook the wedding.
Eligibility for Marriage:
To be married in Gibraltar, a number of documents must be produced in original form. However, no restrictions are made on religious or other nationality grounds providing both parties can prove beyond a doubt who they are. You will need to satisfy the registrar that you are both free to marry. Following is a list of required documents for your information. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any queries.
Wedding Insurance:
We would also strongly recommend that you independently arrange a wedding and travel insurance to cover your expenses. Bride Gibraltar cannot be held responsible for any original documentation that is delayed or lost in the post nor for any failure by suppliers to provide what is booked such as closure of a facility, service, venue or hotel room due to necessary works, rennovation or other. Bride Gibraltar can also not be held liable in the event of any cancellations, changes or delays caused by inclement weather or other such unforseen circumstances.
Payments:
We request you to make timely payments as per the agreed contract. Missed payments may result in some or all of the services being cancelled.
All payments are to be made to Bride Gibraltar unless otherwise specified and in advance of your arrival in Gibraltar.
The quoted package price for weddings is subject to change depending on outside factors up until the day we receive the full & final payment. Following receipt of full monies, your booking will not be subject to any price fluctuations unless they are outside of Bride Gibraltar’s control and due to unavoidable circumstances such as those caused by emergency works, force majeure or Act of God.
The prices shown are correct at the date shown on the quote but if our facility or service costs should increase significantly (after acceptance of your booking but before full payment is made) resulting in increased charges we will notify you in writing of the increase as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel at this stage, you may do so within seven days of notification. A refund will be made of all refundable components less any cancellation fees incurred for the unaffected services booked.
Once a booking form has been submitted and confirmation/acceptance has been received from you, a non-refundable deposit is required before any reservations can be made on a definite basis.
You may pay with a credit or debit card or make a bank transfer direct to our UK account. We also accept online payment via World Pay.
Please note if you miss a payment or make a late payment, this may affect the availability of your preferred supplier. In such cases, we shall endeavour to rebook an alternative supplier and any difference in price will be borne by you.
